Machinery Balance Training Course

The Machinery Balance course is only recommended for those people who have taken the Basic Machinery Vibration and Predictive / Pro-Active Maintenance course or for those who have had at least 1 year of field experience in vibration analysis. This is a 'hands on' course where the students will be balancing machinery demonstrators in class. Both single and two plane balance techniques will be taught. The premise of the course is to provide the students with the knowledge to understand vibration of rotating machinery and how to correct many of the problems they will find. No preference will be given to any specific type of vibration analysis hardware. We want to insure that the students are aware of what equipment is available to measure and correct vibration and to help them pick the best system to suit their individual needs and the needs of their company.
